It is December 23rd in a small town . . . somewhere. As darkness falls we hear distant sleigh bells and the faint chattering and giggling of high-pitched elfin voices. These elf-like creatures transform a deserted store into a colorful, fully-stocked toyshop. In the morning the townspeople are amazed by the sudden appearance of the toyshop. Above the door a sign says “Nicholas S. Claus, Proprietor.” Claus befriends two unhappy orphan children, Michael and Jennifer, and he invites them to work in his shop, each hoping to earn a present for the other. On Christmas Eve he sends them home to rest, but they sneak back to the shop to investigate some of the odd things they noticed in the workroom. Find out what Michael and Jennifer discover—come see The Christmas Toy Shop, a touching and humorous original fantasy filled with the mysterious enchantment and joyful excitement of Christmas.
