Production Assistant |
| Description: |
Each year at The Villagers, there are at least 16
productions (7 Mainstage, 4 Black Box, 4 KidVill and 1 TeensVill). If you would
like to "learn the ropes" of the production process, being an assistant
producer is a great place to start. You will work with one of our Producers
(who is, or has been, a Board Member) to learn how to take a production from
its first production meeting to a fully staged finished product. For more

Ushers |
| Description: |
We like to have two ushers on hand for every performance at
the Villagers. This means that there are over 250 ushering slots available each
season. Volunteering as an usher is great way to get involved with the
Villagers. Ushers are also a vitally important part of any evening of theater,
since it is often the ushers who become "The Face of the Organization" as far
as our patrons are concerned. Ushers are responsible for taking tickets,
distributing the Playvill and helping patrons to find their seats. For more

Concessions |
| Description: |
The concession stand is always busy at the Villagers. An
with two or three people needed for each performance, that means that there are
over 300 volunteer slots to fill each season in the concession stand. For more

Box Office |
| Description: |
Working in the Box Office is one of the most challenging
positions at the Theater. On the night of a show, the Box Office staff must
process phone orders, distribute "will-call" tickets, and sell tickets to the
"walk-ups." We are also looking for volunteers who will be able to put hours in
mid-week to take phone orders for tickets. For more information, please email
