SUMMER 2007 at the Villagers Theatre! The Villagers Theatre is proud to open its doors for another exciting summer theatre experience! Our summer program offers extensive training in theatre arts, with an emphasis on professional attitude, preparing the young performer for the stage. Students ages 6-16, who have demonstrated the desire and talent for the performing arts, have the opportunity to discover many aspects of theatre include acting, dance, voice, musical theatre and production arts through both instruction and experience. The program will begin July 2 with two 3-week sessions, Monday through Friday (no camp on July 4th). Li.l Villagers half-day sessions 9:00AM.12NOON, ages 6-8; Villagers Apprentice full-day sessions 9:00AM.3:30PM, ages 8-12; and the Teen Performance Workshop full day-session 9:00AM.2:30PM, ages 12-16. Each session will culminate in a performance on the Villagers main stage at the close of each session. Overture Care, 8AM.9AM, and Encore Care, 3:30.5:30PM, will be available for an additional fee, ages 8-12 only. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first served basis, and all programs will be limited in enrollment; early registration is advised to hold your space in any of these programs.
